ARC Document Solutions is looking for a Full-time Library Digitization Coordinator to support our AIM Production team and help ensure the accurate and efficient digitization of library collections. This is a hands-on role that combines physical materials handling with coordination across library and production teams.

As a Library Digitization Coordinator, you will serve as a key link between library staff and the digitization team, helping ensure materials move efficiently and accurately through the digitization process. This role is primarily hands-on and involves pulling, organizing, tracking, and preparing books and other materials for digitization, while supporting workflow coordination, quality checks, and communication.

Responsibilities:
- Pull, sort, categorize, and organize books and materials for digitization
- Prepare materials for shipment, including packing and labeling
- Handle materials carefully, including fragile or special collections
- Maintain accurate records and track materials throughout the process
- Coordinate with library staff and digitization teams to support workflow and timelines
- Monitor hand-offs between teams to prevent delays or errors
- Perform basic quality checks and flag issues (missing, damaged, or difficult materials)
- Follow collection-specific handling and documentation standards
- Lift, move, and box materials.
- Maintain an organized, compliant work area
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
Additional Information:
This is an in-office role based in Los Angeles (Downtown).
Work is performed in a secure production environment (no mobile phone access during work hours).
Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may expand based on business needs.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in a library, archive, or similar environment preferred
- Library or archival training, coursework, certification, or degree is a plus
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records
- Adaptable and able to work in both quiet and fast-paced environments
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Windows, or similar)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay:
$28–30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus potential performance bonuses.
